Whether you are a climber, a hiker, a geography buff or an armchair traveler, you will love the map of the island of Pag, which has extensive coverage. Most maps include state and county borders, major highways and roads, as well as cities, towns and villages. However, we can also add features that are important to you, such as postal codes, business locations...
The island of Pag is the fifth largest island in the Adriatic Sea by area, but with a coastline of 302.47 km, it is the most indented island in the Adriatic. It is the only Croatian island divided between two counties. The northern part of the island (the City of Novalja) is located in Lika-Senj County, and the southern part (the City of Pag, the Municipality of Kolan and the Municipality of Povljana) in Zadar County. The city of Pag is a city of sea salt. The city of Pag is also a city of handicrafts, the famous Pag lace, which has been cultivated for centuries, each one is unique, and this slow and laborious handwork still lives on today in the streets of the old town.
The rocky landscape with occasional sprigs of aromatic herbs is the result of the island's location under Velebit, from which strong bora winds blow all year round (especially in winter), carrying salt from the Velebit Channel. The island can be reached from the direction of Zadar, i.e. from Posedarje on the south side, by a 340 m long bridge or by ferry to Žigljen in the north of the island from the port of Prizna.
Data is not information, information is not knowledge, knowledge is not understanding, understanding is not wisdom.
Nature is the source of all true knowledge. She has her own logic, her own laws, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity.
